Your Training Space
More than a gym membership in Bendigo
Our private training gym in East Bendigo is the same space our physiotherapists use for strength and conditioning and VALD performance testing — not a generic commercial gym floor. Every membership includes unlimited access during staffed hours, a proper onboarding and equipment induction, and priority physiotherapy access already built in, so a niggle never has to wait for a separate booking.

Why Train Here
Not just another gym in Bendigo
Physio access already built in
If something feels off mid-session, priority physio access is already part of your membership — not a separate booking with a different provider.
A private floor, not a queue for a rack
Train in the same space our physiotherapists use for rehab and performance work — proper racks, plates and force plates, without the crowds of a big commercial gym.
Progress you can actually measure
Structured training pathways, and with Perform, individualised programming plus 6-weekly VALD testing — so you know your training is working, not just guessing.

Q & A
Common Questions
What's the difference between Train and Perform?
Train gives you unlimited gym access and a structured training pathway to follow independently, with priority physio access if you need it. Perform adds individualised programming built and updated for you through Lumin Sports, 6-weekly performance testing and program reviews, and faster priority physio access — it suits members who want ongoing accountability and progression rather than a self-directed program.
What are the contract terms?
There's no joining fee on either membership. Both run on a 3-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month after that. Billing is weekly via direct debit.
What are the staffed hours?
Gym access hours are the same as our clinic hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday – Sunday Closed.
Can I switch between Train and Perform?
Yes — get in touch with the team and we can help you move to the membership that best suits where you're at.
Do I need to be a physiotherapy patient to join?
No — either membership is open to anyone, whether or not you've been a physio patient with us. Former physio patients often move straight into a membership to keep progressing after their treatment plan ends.
Not sure which membership is right for you?
Get in touch and the team can help you find the right fit.
